Welcome to the Lee Fire & Rescue Department website. We are a combination Department including call members and the new addition of two full-time firefighter/emergency medical technicians. We have been dedicated to serving the town of Lee, NH (population: 4399) since 1950. On these pages,  it is our goal to provide the community with useful information about the Department, the resources we make available to Lee, becoming a call member and Exploring opportunities, and important safety procedures and precautions. Some sections of the site are still under construction, so please check back often for updates


               IT'S THE LAW

FIRE PERMITS REQUIRED


EVERY person, firm or corporation who kindles or causes to be kinled any fire or burns or causes to be burned any material, except when the ground is covered with snow, SHALL obtain a written fire permit from the Forest Fire Warden in the town or city where the fire will be kindled: NH Division of Forestry and Lands

Permits can be obtained Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

at the Lee Public Safety Complex
